Georges Haddad
Georges led Synaps’ research on Lebanon’s criminal justice sector. A Lebanese national born in Paris, he previously worked with ACTED in the fields of poverty alleviation and sustainable development in rural Lebanon. He holds a BA and MA in International Affairs and History from Saint Joseph University in Beirut. He saw Synaps as the place to translate his academic background into a deeper understanding of the social transformations unfolding in the region today.
